1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TrustShield API ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Beta Usage

You acknowledge that the Service is currently in Public Beta. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. The Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties.

3. API Usage & Limits

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API.
• The Free Beta plan is limited to 1,000 requests per month.
• We reserve the right to revoke API keys if we detect abuse, spamming, or attempts to reverse-engineer the Service.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the API keys that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your API key to any third party.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrustShield, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
